Don Lane Garay

Don Lane Garay has a strong background in finance and controlling, with experience in various roles. Don Lane is currently the Head of CTP Controlling at CYBEX, where they are responsible for controlling the Wholesale Sales Organization. Prior to that, they were the Director Finance – Marketing Controlling and CTC at Adidas America Inc, leading the financial performance and analytics for Concepts-to-Consumers, brand activation, and marketing budgets. Don Lane also served as the Director Finance Multi-Channel at adidas AG, acting as a business partner for senior management and local finance teams. Earlier in their career, Don Lane held positions at adidas Southeast Asia as a Manager of Financial Analysis and Reporting and at adidas Philippines Inc. as a Manager of Reporting and Controlling. Don Lane began their career as a Junior Associate at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo and Co. Inc (Ernst and Young affiliate), performing field audits and assisting in preparing financial statements.

From 1998 to 2003, Don Lane Garay attended the University of the Philippines where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
