Jessica January Behr, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and the founder and director of Behr Psychology, where Jessica January has been practicing since October 2019. Concurrently, Behr serves as an adjunct professor at NYU Steinhardt School, teaching advanced courses in Abnormal Psychology and Mental Health Counseling Ethics. In addition to these roles, Behr is involved in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy as a facilitator for Compass Pathways and Cybin Inc., contributing to clinical trials that explore innovative treatment modalities. Behr has extensive experience in various clinical settings, including roles at the Metropolitan Center for Mental Health, where Jessica January served as Clinical Lead for Integrative Care, and has provided educational insights as an advisor to Nirvana. Behr holds a Doctor of Psychology from Pace University and is currently undergoing psychoanalytic training at the C.G. Jung Institut in Zurich.
