Stephen Gorny

Stephen Gorny is an experienced clinical operations leader currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Cybin Inc since October 2024. Previously, Stephen held several positions at BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc., including Acting Head of Clinical Operations and Director of Clinical Operations from August 2021 to October 2024. Before this, Stephen worked at Lundbeck NA (formerly Chelsea Therapeutics) as a Senior Manager in Drug Development from June 2014 to August 2021 and held similar roles at Chelsea Therapeutics from January 2011 to June 2014. Early career experiences include positions at INC Research, Metropolitan Research Associates, PPD, and IM Systems, where Stephen developed expertise in clinical research management. Stephen earned a Master of Science in Developmental Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
