Suman Singh

Suman is the CEO & Founder of CyborgIntell. Prior to founding CyborgIntell he held senior leadership positions as CAO for Zafin and General Manager Analytics for Fiserv. At Fiserv, he successfully delivered analytical solutions to help their banking clients optimize products, increase customer value, improve customer experience, strategized next best action strategy for revenue enhancement & augmentation all of which are still being successfully used. During his tenure at Zafin, Suman designed and developed two major on-cloud products in Relationship Analytics and Loyalty Analytics using his proprietary Customer Relationship Score (US patent filed). He also developed an innovative ensemble ML driven detection model for Check fraud and unsupervised ML algorithms for Swift wire fraud for one of the largest Canadian banks and saved the bank +$19 million in fraud losses.

Suman has won Edelman Honors award from INFORMS in 2014, recognizing his analytics work on price & revenue optimization for a merchant acquiring bank, and has authored numerous research papers in response modelling and design of experiments. Suman is the brain behind the products at CyborgIntell and pioneered the concept of data-to-value. He has a Master’s in Statistics from CCS HAU, Hissar, and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Engineering from BHU, Varanasi.
