Michael V.

Michael V. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael started their career as an Assistant Manager at Nike in 1997 and later worked as a RepairZone Administrator at York Repair Inc. In 2011, they joined Bay County Government as an IT Intern before moving on to Fiserv Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer and Moog Inc. as a Network/Systems Technician. Michael then worked as an IT Consultant at TEKsystems before joining FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an IT Manufacturing Support Engineer and later as a Global Cybersecurity Forensics Analyst. In 2018, they joined Aptiv as a Cybersecurity Engineer and later took on the role of Product Cybersecurity Engineer - Governance Lead. In 2019, they became a Cyber Security Instructor at Cybrary. Currently, they are working at SAP as a Senior Information Security Compliance Specialist.

Michael V. began their educational journey in 2007 at Delta College, where they studied Computer Science and Information Technology. After completing their studies there in 2008, they transferred to Davenport University. From 2008 to 2011, Michael pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Security at Davenport University. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Assurance from 2012 to 2015. As for additional certifications, Michael acquired the ITILv4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2020.
