Charlotte Cross

Charlotte Cross has worked in the recruitment and retail industries since 2012. Charlotte began their career at Next Retail Ltd as a Sales Assistant in 2012. In 2017, they joined InfoSec People Ltd and has since held various roles, including Key Accounts and Delivery Lead, Lead Recruitment Partner, Senior Information Technology Recruitment Partner, Information Technology Recruitment Partner, Account Manager, and Recruitment Resourcer. Charlotte is currently employed as Talent Acquisition Manager at CybSafe, a position they have held since 2022.

Charlotte Cross obtained a BA Business & Management Studies with Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Cheltenham Bournside School from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, The Open University, APSCo, and Bloomberg LP, including How to Network When You Don’t Like Networking, Learning Personal Branding, Simple Coding, Technical Recruiting, Essential Recruitment Compliance, and Bloomberg Market Concepts.
