Jeff Dawley

Jeff Dawley has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff is currently serving as the CFO at Cyclic Materials since July 2022. Prior to this, they founded Cybersecurity Compliance Corp. in October 2018. Jeff also held the role of President at Wincrest Management Consulting Inc. since January 2016.

In addition to these positions, Jeff has served in leadership roles at different companies. Jeff was the Director and Audit Committee Chair at ARway from October 2022 to June 2023. Jeff also served as the CFO at Invert Inc. from April 2022 to June 2023.

Jeff Dawley obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Illinois in September 2006, and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification from the AICPA in January 2020. Additionally, they hold a CPA, CA designation from ICAO/CICA/CPA Canada, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
