Dave Brain

Dave Brain possesses extensive experience in flood risk management and engineering, currently serving as Team Leader for Flood Warning & Informing at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since November 2020. Prior to this role, Dave Brain held the position of Team Leader for Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management at City of Cardiff Council from September 2015 to November 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Engineer at Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, Senior Technician at Cardiff Council, and Engineering Geologist at Earth Science Partnership Ltd. Dave Brain earned an MSci degree in Geology from the University of Birmingham between 2001 and 2005.
