Per Callenholm Ljung has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Per started their career at InfoCare CS AB as a Technician/Team Leader, where they performed repairs on computers and was responsible for managing repairs for various clients. Per then took on the role of Team Manager at the PC workshop in Växjö, overseeing PC repairs for Infocare CS. Per then worked as a Process Developer, where they focused on improving internal workflows and optimizing logistics between departments. Later, they took on the role of Quality Manager/Senior Technician, where they studied and improved the repair process and internal procedures.

After their time at InfoCare, Per joined Atea Sverige AB as a Sales Specialist, where they played a role in shaping the future of digitalized education in Sweden. Per worked closely with schools and educators in building the foundation for a successful digitalization journey in the education sector.

Currently, Per is employed at Telia Cygate, where they have held various roles. Per started as an Account Manager, contributing to the digitalization efforts in Sweden, and then transitioned to the role of Software and Lifecycle Advisor in Customer Success. In this position, they focused on maximizing customer value and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Currently, Per holds the position of Business Owner for Cisco Software & CX/Practice Lead at Telia Cygate. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the success of the software business and shaping the company's strategic direction by delivering continuous value and meeting customer needs.

Per Callenholm Ljung obtained a Kvalificerad yrkesutbildningsexamen in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Teknikum System och Nätverk between 2002 and 2004. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, and Oxford Leadership in areas related to sales, customer success, digital transformation, and technology.
