Thomas Trautmann

Thomas Trautmann is a Managing Partner at Cylad Consulting, where involvement in digital transformation and operational strategy spans multiple industries, including machinery, aerospace, and automotive, across Europe, the US, and China. With over a decade of experience at McKinsey & Company, Thomas led projects focused on product development and organizational change, while founding the global service line for modular design standardization. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Technology Management from ETH Zürich and degrees in Physics from the University of Münster and Massey University. Thomas has played a pivotal role in establishing the German office of Cylad, contributing to over 300 projects with a strong emphasis on business judgment and technology industry understanding.
