Mandy Kelly

Mandy Kelly is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Business Manager at Cylite since May 2023. Previously, Mandy held the position of Human Resources Manager at Geotesta from October 2021 to May 2023, and worked at Hydrix in various roles including Chief People Officer and People & Performance Manager from June 2016 to September 2021. Prior experience also includes serving as HR Director at Whirlpool Aust Pty Ltd from March 2005 to June 2019, and as Head of People & Culture at Netball Australia from March 2014 to June 2016. Mandy holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Edith Cowan University, completed between August 2021 and March 2022.
