Tal Cohen began their work experience in 2014 as a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where they worked until 2016. In 2019, they joined Ben-Gurion University of the Negev as a Research Assistant at the Child Development and Family Relationships lab. Tal's most recent position is as an Office Manager at Cylus, starting in September 2021.

Tal Cohen's education history reflects a comprehensive focus on psychology. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they pursued a degree in psychology. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, Tal enrolled at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, to pursue an M.A in Developmental and Child Psychology.
