Richard M. Garber is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both defense and education sectors. Currently serving as a Sr Software Engineer IV and DMO Standards Lead at CymSTAR, LLC since September 2020, Garber has previously held roles including Senior Software Engineer at ProActive Technologies, LLC, focusing on the Air Force's A-10 Simulators, and various engineering positions at General Dynamics Information Technology and CACI International Inc. With a strong foundation in embedded systems and C++, Garber also contributed to the military's software and equipment functionality at L-3 Communications. In academia, Garber served as an Adjunct Professor of Physics at Pima Community College, teaching subjects like electro-magnetism and fluid dynamics.
