Aldema Gilad

Aldema Gilad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Cynet Security since June 2022, Aldema previously held similar VP roles at DraftKings Inc. and SBTech. Prior experience includes leadership in human resources at xwise.com, managing HR functions for approximately 350 employees, and serving as Director of Organizational Development and Training at Ness Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed training, employee integration, and management consulting across multiple sites. Aldema holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
