Luciano Montefusco

Luciano Montefusco has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Luciano worked at Cynet Security as a Support Escalation Engineer and later as a Support Engineer Tier 3. Prior to that, they worked at Celfocus as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Before that, they held the position of Senior Customer Support Engineer at Nokia. Luciano also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Alcatel-Lucent and as a Network System Engineer at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations. Earlier in their career, they served as an IT coordinator at Global Network Services and as an IT manager at CUSTER srl.

Luciano Montefusco attended I.T.I.S. Galileo Ferraris from 1986 to 1990 and received a Diploma in Electrotechnic. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as COTE - Certified Outage Technical Engineer and COTM - Certified Outage Technical Manager from Alcatel-Lucent in January 2015.
