Deborah Bish

Deborah Bish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical education and training within the medical device industry, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Education Specialist and Manager of Clinical Training at Cynosure, LLC, since September 2010. In this role, Deborah has successfully created and developed the clinical department and Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) team, overseeing the hiring, training, and management of specialists across the United States. Responsibilities also include international travel to ensure clinical standards and quality, as well as managing multiple RF devices. Prior roles include Clinical Applications Manager and Clinical Applications Specialist at Cynosure, Inc., and significant positions at Ellman International and Ulthera, Inc. Deborah holds a CRA degree from the University of San Diego and an RN degree from HFSN with Rutgers University.
