Anthea Desyllas

Anthea DeSyllas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data, analytics, and AI. Currently serving as an Associate at Cynozure Group since September 2021, Anthea contributes to various aspects of data strategy, management, and analytics. An External Advisor for Bain & Company since August 2018, Anthea also held leadership roles at Money Dashboard and Polymatica, including Head of Data and Solutions and Chief Solutions Officer, respectively. Previous experience at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP and dunnhumby includes numerous positions focused on data insights and client solutions across major markets. Anthea began a career at L'Oréal as a Management Trainee after earning a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from the University of Cambridge.
