Erin Bailey

Erin Bailey is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist currently working at Cypher since December 2023, with an extensive background at Tealium from August 2018 to March 2023, where roles included Human Resources Operations, Human Resources Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator. As a co-founder of San Diego Vintage Collective, Erin helped establish one of the largest quarterly vintage and makers markets in Liberty Station from January 2020 to December 2020. Previous experience also includes management and custom jewelry design at The Diamond Connection from March 2017 to August 2018. Erin holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University and an A.A.S. in Fashion Merchandise Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, along with additional education from the Gemological Institute of America.
