Sharon Steadman, SPHR, SHRM-CP

Sharon Steadman has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Sharon currently works at CYPHER Learning as a People Operations Specialist, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WilsonHCG as a People & Culture Generalist from November 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining WilsonHCG, Sharon was a Human Resources Generalist at Omnigo from May 2020 to November 2021. Sharon also gained experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Barings Multifamily Capital LLC from April 2016 to May 2020.

Furthermore, Sharon has worked at Hudson Advisors L.P., where they held multiple roles. These include HR Systems & Compliance Coordinator from August 2015 to February 2016, Human Resources Intern at Hudson Advisors Germany GmbH from February 2015 to July 2015, and Human Resources Intern from May 2014 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, Sharon gained valuable experience as a Training and Development Intern at LEWA-Nikkiso America Inc. from August 2014 to December 2014, and as an Investigation and Mediation Intern at EEOC from January 2014 to May 2014.

Sharon Steadman, SPHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which was obtained between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston, from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Sharon has obtained certifications, including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2018 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2018.
