Therése Jäger

Therése Jäger has a diverse and extensive work experience. Therése is currently serving as the CEO of Cypoint Incode since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Columbus Sverige from 2017 to 2022, where they held various positions such as Account Manager, Teamchef, and Projektledare e-handel/PIM/DAM. During their time at Columbus Sverige, Therése was responsible for account management, project delivery, resource planning, and team management. Therése successfully increased business with existing clients and handled multiple customer accounts.

Before joining Columbus Sverige, Therése worked at Addcent Consulting from 2015 to 2017 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were in charge of operational and strategic responsibilities, including process development, resource planning, and system support. Therése started their career at Tobii Technology AB in 2010 as a Produktionsplanerare, where they focused on creating a stable production process with minimal inventory levels and overtime. Therése efficiently utilized the company's business system and eliminated overtime in the production process.

Therése Jäger completed Novare's Mentor Program in Leadership at Novare Leadership Academy from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, in 2014, they engaged in the UGL - Utveckling av Grupp och Ledare program, focusing on leadership development. In 2006, they began their studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and obtained a M. Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Economics in 2010.
