Hallie Kennan

Hallie Kennan has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy and environmental sectors. Hallie is currently the Director of Structured Finance at Cypress Creek Renewables. Prior to this, they worked at Soltage LLC where they held various roles, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Associate, and Finance Associate. At Soltage, they were involved in the development, financing, and operation of distributed utility-scale solar projects. Hallie also gained research experience at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment, where they focused on financing and deploying clean energy. Additionally, they served as a Developmental Intern at the New York Power Authority, where they assisted in identifying opportunities for clean distributed energy projects and launched a marketing strategy for the Clean Energy Advisory Services program. Hallie also contributed to Energy Innovation: Policy and Technology LLC as a Communications and Outreach Lead and Research and Communications Associate. Their early experience includes internships at Bucknell University Environmental Center and OurEarth.

Hallie Kennan holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management with a specialization in Energy & the Environment from Yale School of the Environment. Hallie obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Sustainability from Bucknell University. Additionally, Hallie attended Palo Alto High School for their secondary education and participated in a Spanish immersion program at Universidad de Granada.
