Nick Bezuijen

Nick Bezuijen is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in real estate and property management. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments since March 2022, Nick previously held positions as Senior Accountant at the same company and as Senior Property Accountant at JRK Property Holdings. Prior experience includes managing accounting operations at UrbanOne Properties and conducting financial analyses at CBMJ Investments & Development, LLC. Nick has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting to investors, and facilitating multi-family real estate acquisitions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Houston Community College.
