Rhett Hammil

Rhett Hammil is a seasoned project manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in construction site development, project design, and supervision, currently managing projects at Cypress Gulf since August 2018. Rhett has a solid background as a project engineer at Packaging Corporation of America, where responsibilities included project execution, cost estimation, safety management, and progress reporting. Additionally, Rhett is a national soccer referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation, showcasing strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. Rhett holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by minors in Biomechanics and Sales Engineering.
