Under Dan's leadership, Cypress has established itself as a top staffing partner for Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, and startups across the United States. Previous roles include Managing Director at TargetSafety, where Dan managed projects and partnerships in the SaaS technology sector, and Business Program Manager at Avail Medical Products (now Flex Medical), focusing on customer relationship growth. Dan's experience also includes roles at Northrop Grumman Corp. as a Pricing/Business Analyst and as a Project Management/Space Planning specialist. Dan holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
