Kayla Tripp

Kayla Tripp, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Cypress HCM since January 2016. Kayla has held various roles within the company, including Human Resources Manager, Generalist, and Coordinator. Prior to Cypress HCM, Kayla worked at Workforce Logiq as a Resource Manager managing the Contingent Workforce program for Clorox and served as an Account Manager/Recruiter at TeamPersona, acting as the main contact for AT&T's contingent workforce program. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University, earned in 2012.
