Tom Lonsdale has had a long and successful career in the manufacturing industry. Tom began their career in 1995 as a Sales Engineering Manager at Schlumberger, where they developed and managed business strategies and implemented technical services and support that resulted in contract awards of more than $100,000,000. In 1999, they became Division Manager at Megladon Manufacturing Group, where they developed and implemented a business development plan that secured meaningful business relationships with HP, Dell and Siemens, and established an outsourcing and QA program for suppliers in Taiwan and China. In 2001, they founded Cypress Industries and served as CEO, Chairman, and Founder. During their time there, they developed and implemented a long-term business development and fiscal management plan that resulted in an annual sustained growth rate of more than 30%. In 2011, they created SharkEye, a rugged cell phone case company, and successfully licensed the technology to the 2nd largest cell phone case company in the world 18 months later. In 2014, they became President and CEO of Cypress Industries Oilfield Services, Inc., providing equipment and personnel for oilfield services. Finally, in 2017, they became CEO of Concurrent Manufacturing Solutions, LLC.
Tom Lonsdale graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Tom has since taken continuing education courses in Finance from The University of Edinburgh and Management & Marketing from Louisiana State University.
