Evaristo Gustines

Evaristo Gustines has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. Evaristo currently holds the role of Director of Food and Beverage at The Cypress of Charlotte since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Hospitality at Harvest Table Culinary Group from December 2019 to October 2021. Evaristo also worked as an Advisor for a self-employed venture from February 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they were the General Manager at Unidine from January 2018 to January 2019. Evaristo has an extensive history with Sodexo, where they held the positions of Dining General Manager from January 2013 to January 2018 and Senior Executive Chef from April 2008 to January 2013. Additionally, they served as the Executive Chef at Hilton Hotels from May 2006 to April 2008 and at DoubleTree Hotels from September 1997 to May 2006.

Evaristo Gustines attended Baltimore International College from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a Professional Cooking Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1983, they studied at Jefferson High School, though no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
