Chris Mahoney

Chris Mahoney, PE, LEED AP has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Chris is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at CyrusOne since October 2023. Previously, from April 2014 to October 2023, they worked at kW Mission Critical Engineering as the Principal & Electrical Dept. Manager. Prior to that, from October 2011 to April 2014, they were employed at Integrated Design Group, Inc. as a Senior Electrical Engineer. Chris began their career at RDK Engineers in 2003 as a Senior Electrical Engineer and remained there until 2011.

Chris Mahoney, PE, LEED AP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Boston University, which was obtained from 1999 to 2003. Chris also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they are a LEED Accredited Professional certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and has obtained Professional Engineering Licensure in multiple states.
