Laura Dibb

Laura Dibb has extensive experience in communications and media management. Laura is currently the Head of Communications at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Comms Professional at the same organization from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2022, Laura worked at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in various roles, including Head of Communications (interim) and Senior Communication Manager. Before joining the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Laura worked at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) for a significant period. Their roles at CRUK included Senior Science Media Manager, Press Manager, Senior Press Officer, and Press Officer, spanning from 2008 to 2019. Laura started their career as an Assistant Press Officer at The Royal Society from 2006 to 2008.

Laura Dibb obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Laura later pursued a Master's degree in Science, Culture and Communication from the University of Bath, completing it in 2006. Prior to higher education, Laura attended Kings of Wessex school, where they studied Psychology.
