Susan Jackson

Susan Jackson currently serves as the In Memory & Legacy Officer at Cystic Fibrosis Trust since January 2020 and has experience as a Community Fundraiser. Prior to this role, Susan worked at John Lewis & Partners from 1999 to January 2020, holding several positions including Resourcing Development Specialist, Resource Forecasting Analysis Manager, Resource Planner, and Section Manager. In these roles, responsibilities included developing social media content, leading a team to ensure customer contact KPIs were met, maximizing operational efficiencies, and managing team performance in sales and customer service.
