Jackie Dowell

Jackie Dowell, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Accounts at Cytel since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jackie held positions including Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Director of Business Development at Phastar from October 2022 to December 2024, and Director of Site Network Development at Citeline from March 2022 to October 2022. Jackie also worked as the Head of Service Delivery for UK & Europe at RLDatix from August 2021 to March 2022, and spent six years at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust in various roles, including Senior Operations Manager and Quality Improvement Programme Manager from July 2015 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Improvement Science Manager at NIHR CLAHRC Northwest London and Assistant Service Lead at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Jackie holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, a Master's in Rehabilitation Science from Glasgow Caledonian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
