Clare McPherson

Clare McPherson currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Director for EMEA at Cytiva, a position held since April 2023 within Danaher Corporation. Previously, Clare was the Senior Human Resources Director at Pall Corporation from September 2020 to April 2023, providing HR business partnership to global manufacturing and operations leaders. Prior experience includes serving as the Global HR Director at Linx Printing Technologies, where Clare acted as the senior advisor to the President and executive management on HR matters, and as the Senior HR Business Partner at Tesco from May 2005 to 2016, focusing on commercial operations and various HR leadership roles, including talent acquisition and change management. Clare holds a Post Graduate degree with CIPD in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a 1st Class BSc in Business Management from Loughborough University.
