Lauren Viveiros

Lauren Viveiros has an extensive work experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. Lauren started their career at Harvard Bioscience in 2010, where they began as a Customer Service Representative and gradually took on more responsibilities, including becoming a Technical Customer Service Representative and later a Technical Support Specialist. Lauren also served as a Team Lead, overseeing a technical support team and managing sales reports and data.

In 2019, Lauren moved to GE Healthcare as an Inside Sales Account Manager and then transitioned to Cytiva when GE Healthcare Life Sciences was acquired by Danaher. In their role as a Senior Inside Sales Account Manager at Cytiva, they successfully managed the sales cycle for over 1400 accounts, achieving consistent year-over-year growth and target achievement. Lauren was also responsible for prospecting and finding new leads to expand the business.
