Neil Fulgueras

Neil Fulgueras has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Neil worked at Cytiva from 2015 to the present, holding positions such as Head of Operations, Aseptic Filling (Vanrx), VP of Operations, and Director of Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Kerry Group as a Production Supervisor from 2013 to 2015. From 2010 to 2012, Neil worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor at CG Power Systems Canada Inc, and from 2008 to 2010, they served as a Group Manager for PVC Windows/Doors at JELD-WEN, Inc.

Neil Fulgueras completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Economics at the University of Manitoba from 2003 to 2007. Neil also studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Douglas College from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Neil has obtained various certificates including Trade Safety Coordinator (TSC) from the Care Institute of Safety & Health Inc., Shared Kaizen Modules from the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME-MEC), Challenge of Leadership from the Professional Development Group, Trimetrix Coaching Assessment from The Quality Coach, and Effective Communication and Enhancing Relationships from Dale Carnegie.
