Laura Voyen

Laura Voyen has a background in biomedical engineering and has gained work experience in various roles within the biotech industry. Laura started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the UCLA Wong Research Lab, where they monitored bacterial responses to modified antimicrobial drugs. Their responsibilities included performing assays, preparing agar plates and experiment reagents, culturing bacteria, and counting CFU.

Following this, Laura worked as a Pharma Technical Operations Intern at Genentech in 2017. In this role, they gained practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Laura then joined Amyris as an Associate Scientist I, where they worked from August 2017 to November 2018.

Lastly, Laura joined CytoVale in December 2018 as a Biomedical Engineer. Additional information about this role is not provided.
