Eric Gardona

Eric Gardona is currently the Director of Technical Operations at Cytracom's OmniNet division, a position they have held since June 2022. Eric is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the cloud managed hybrid firewall and SD-WAN service. Prior to joining Cytracom, Eric worked at OmniNET, Inc as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer since July 2015. Eric has also held positions as an Infrastructure Engineer at Digital Hands from September 2014 to July 2015, a Senior Systems Administrator at Power Systems, Inc from October 2010 to September 2014, and a Systems Administrator at Claris Networks from January 2008 to October 2010. Eric's earlier work experience includes an IT Support Specialist role at IDentiTRAK Technologies (Consolidated Products, Inc.) from April 2006 to January 2008 and Accounts Receivable Representative and Patient Account Representative roles at TeamHealth from January 2003 to May 2006.

From 2005 to 2007, Eric Gardona attended Pellissippi State Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Networking and Communications Systems Technology.
