Tom Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, copywriting, program management, and customer experience. Tom is currently a member of CMOx - The Fractional Chief Marketing Officer Company and a senior copywriter at SaaS Academy. Previously, they founded Sherwood Saas Marketing and worked as a fractional CMO at CyVent. Tom also has experience as a principal consultant at DigitalWorks Group and as a founder of Thomas Mitchell Copywriting. Prior to that, Tom held leadership positions at Al-Futtaim, including Group Head of Customer Experience Initiatives and General Manager. Tom began their career at John Lewis & Partners, where they held various operations manager roles.
Tom Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Business Studies: Quality and Excellence from The Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Tom also has additional certifications in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, obtained in June and May 2020 respectively, as well as a High Income Copywriting Certification from Dan Lok® in 2020.
