Himanshu Shekhar

Himanshu Shekhar has over 28 years of work experience in sales and business development roles. Himanshu is currently working as the Regional Sales Manager for Cyviz in India since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director - Sales for Everbridge from March 2019 to November 2020. Himanshu also held the position of General Manager - Business Development - Smart Cities at Philips Lighting from September 2017 to December 2018. Before that, Himanshu worked as the Sr.BD Manager - Government & Smart Cities at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. from June 2011 to August 2017. Himanshu has experience as the Regional Sales Head at CMC Ltd. from April 2009 to June 2011 and as the Regional Sales Manager at 3i Infotech from February 2007 to April 2009. Himanshu also worked at CMC Ltd. as a Sr. Executive from December 2001 to February 2007 and as an Area Manager at VXLTechnologies Ltd. from April 2001 to December 2001. Himanshu started their career as an Area Manager (Sales) at Simoco Telecommunications (South Asia) Ltd ( Formerly Philips Telecom) in September 1996 and worked there until April 2001. Himanshu began their professional journey as a Sales Engineer at HCL Ltd. Instruments Division in August 1992 and continued there until September 1996.

Himanshu Shekhar obtained a M.Sc degree in Physics with a specialization in Electronics from Banaras Hindu University in 1992. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Financial Selling: Executive Conversations" and "IBM Selling Profession Certification - Level II Expert" from IBM in September 2016.
