Kutsiah began working as a System Engineer at PT Kluege International in October 2013. In this role, they were responsible for designing lighting for residential and commercial projects, supervising mechanical and electrical installations and commissioning, and programming for smart home and office automation. Kutsiah worked at PT Kluege International until October 2016. After that, they started working as a System Engineer at Cyviz in November 2016. No end date is specified for this role.

Kutsiah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung. This degree was earned between the years 2006 and 2013.
