Ondřej Bystroň is an experienced retail design and management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Design at CZECH PROMOTION since June 2020, Ondřej develops retail concepts, supports strategic development, and provides data analysis to enhance client businesses. Previously, as Retail Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia at ags92, Ondřej was responsible for B2C network performance and omnichannel retail strategies. A long tenure at IKEA Group from 2001 to 2019 included roles such as Country Communication & Interior Design Manager, Deputy Country Manager, and Learning & Development Leader, where Ondřej focused on retail design excellence, business planning, and team development across multiple countries. Ondřej holds a degree from the University of Ostrava and completed secondary education at Gymnázium Hlučín.
