Assaf Ben-Yishai

Assaf Ben-Yishai has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1998. Assaf began as a student at Freescale Semiconductor in 1998. Assaf then worked as an Algorithms Engineer at COMSYS from 2005 to 2008, followed by a role as an Algorithms Engineer at Amimon from 2008 to 2010. Assaf then moved to CopperGate Communications, where they held the roles of Expert Communications Engineer and Senior Algorithms Engineer from 2010 to 2014. Assaf then worked as a Ph.D Student at Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2019. Assaf is currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, School of Computer Science and Engineering, and as a Communication PHY Research Algorithms Engineer at D-Fend Solutions since 2021.

Assaf Ben-Yishai obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 1999. Assaf then went on to obtain their M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2001. Finally, they completed their Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 2019.
