Jeff Rock, PHR currently serves as the Vice President of Compensation at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. since July 2018. Jeff has an extensive background in compensation consulting, talent management, and leadership development. With previous experience at BB&T and as the owner of Rock Solid Consulting, Jeff has a proven track record of implementing strategic solutions to enhance employee engagement and performance. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, and English from Texas A&M University, Jeff brings a well-rounded skill set to their role in the human resources field.
