Matthew Chapman has a long and distinguished career in engineering. Matthew started as a Computing Support Officer at the University of New South Wales in 2001. In 2005, they moved to Hewlett-Packard Laboratories as a Research Engineer. In 2007, they became CTO and Research Engineer at Zomojo. In 2013, they moved to Exablaze as CTO, where they developed low latency networking hardware. In 2020, they joined Cisco as a Principal Engineer. Currently, they are a Distinguished Engineer at d-Matrix Corporation.
Matthew Chapman obtained their PhD in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2008. Previously, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Engineering from UNSW in 2001.
