Andrea Testore

Andrea Testore is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Mission Manager at D-Orbit since September 2021, overseeing the mission from production to operations of the D-Orbit Space Tug. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at LSE Space GmbH from January 2019 to September 2021 as Columbus Flight Director, responsible for operations and crew management aboard the Columbus Space Module, as well as holding project management functions for ESA payloads. Earlier experience includes a position as STRATOS Operation Engineer for ISS at Altec SPA from January 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities involved monitoring and controlling ISS-Columbus systems. Andrea began the career with a student internship at THALES ALENIA SPACE in late 2013. Academically, Andrea holds a Master of Science in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
