Justin Rowan

Justin Rowan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Justin began their career at J.P. Morgan as an Associate, where they focused on venture capital and collaborated with various trading businesses within the company. Justin then moved on to Prager, Sealy & Co., LLC, where they served as a Vice President in the Public Finance Investment Banking division, specializing in land secured, tax-exempt bond issues.

In 2008, Justin founded ATM of Orlando, LLC before transitioning to the Development Planning and Financing Group in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Manager. In this role, they provided consulting and financial advisory services to clients in the municipal, land developer, and home builder sectors, focusing on Community Development District establishment and financing. Justin was also involved in pre-acquisition due diligence and development feasibility analysis.

Justin continued to broaden their expertise at Piper Jaffray in 2015, where they held the position of Senior Vice President. Following that, they joined MBS Capital Markets, LLC as a Director, a role they held until 2020. At MBS Capital Markets, Justin contributed their skills and knowledge in financial management and strategic planning.
