Tim Hultgren

Tim Hultgren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Division President at D.R. Horton since October 2014, Tim has held various roles including City Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Manager. Prior experience includes directing sales and marketing at Harmony Development Co. LLC and serving as Division Sales & Marketing Manager at McCar Homes, where Tim drove significant sales performance and established key partnerships. Tim's career began at Centex Homes, progressing through roles from New Home Sales Consultant to Division Manager, and further includes a background in retail management with Circuit City and service as an avionics system specialist in the USAF. Tim holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
