Jeffrey Fogel

Jeffrey Fogel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in both nonprofit and consulting environments. Currently serving as Technical Delivery Lead at D-Wave Systems Inc. since August 2021, Fogel also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Healing and Recovery after Trauma, a nonprofit organization, since May 2020. Fogel's prior experience includes over a decade at Princeton Consultants, where roles ranged from Senior Specialist to Senior Consultant, focusing on the design and development of custom enterprise software solutions. Additionally, Fogel contributed to academia as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan, leading astronomy courses, and as a User Assistant/Supervisor at Harvard University, overseeing a team of user assistants. Fogel earned a Ph.D. in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Astronomy from Harvard University.
