Rania Qawasma, RA, is an accomplished architect and entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles in various organizations. As the founder of Daarna and co-founder of Color My Home and Architecture for Refugees-USA, Rania has made significant contributions to community-based architectural education and addressing the challenges of the refugee crisis through open-source platforms. Rania serves on the Board of Directors for NOMA | nw and has previously been a member of the Board of Directors for Architects Without Borders. With experience as an architect and project manager at multiple firms, Rania's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sustainable Design from Boston Architectural College, a Professional Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Birzeit University.
