Marcel Fafard

Marcel Fafard has a diverse work experience in various technical and analytical roles. Marcel started in 2013 as an Interactive Intern at Starmark. In 2015, they worked as an IT Contractor at Two Geeks Computers Inc. Marcel then joined Apple as an AppleCare At Home Advisor in 2016.

From 2017 to 2018, Marcel worked as a Computer Programmer at Leon County Public Schools and as a Lead Contractor at Two Geeks Computers Inc. Marcel then joined the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and served as a Reporting Analyst in 2018 and a Business Intelligence Analyst in 2019.

In 2019, Marcel worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at Gafcon, Inc. where they focused on creating database-driven solutions and improving data accessibility. In 2020, they joined MAXIMUS as an Operational Analytics Data Analyst, where they managed a large-scale COVID-19 contact tracing program.

Marcel's next role was at Daasity, where they started as a SQL Developer in 2021, continuously improving product design using user feedback. Marcel then became a Technical Account Manager, focusing on delivering outstanding products and nurturing client partnerships. Marcel was later promoted to Technical Implementation Manager, leading development, coaching team members, and managing key accounts.

Marcel's most recent role at Daasity is Solutions Sales Engineer. Marcel is responsible for building data solutions, selling them to omni-channel brands, and partnering with internal teams to improve the product.

Marcel Fafard completed their education in a chronological order.
