Andy Chudin, PhD

Andy Chudin, PhD has a long history of professional experience. Andy began their career in 2013 as a Lead Expert-Consultant on Procurements, Lead Expert on Finance Management, and Expert on Bonds and Debt Assets at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at Консист Бизнес Групп. In 2018, they were the Chief Financial Officer at HTBS - High Tech Business Solutions, and Head of Finance Department at the Ministry of Education. In 2019, they were a Visiting Professor at the Russian New University. In 2020, they were a Co-Founder at MEXSY MedBrain. In 2021, they are a Co-founder at DabHand Corp. and a Co-Founder at a Stealth Startup. Andy has also been involved in Conferences, Forums, Seminars, and Public Lectures as a Guest Speaker/Participant since 2013.

Andy Chudin, PhD began their education history in 2008 when they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2011 and 2012, they attended John Cabot University, earning a Master's degree in International Management and Entrepreneurship. In 2016, they attended the Joint Vienna Institute for Finance Programming and Policy, as well as South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University for Law. In 2017 and 2019, they earned a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE). Andy then obtained a Ph.D. in Finance and Credit from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in 2016 and 2019. Finally, they are currently attending Skyline College for a degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Python and AI.
